I take technology and business all the way through to implementation and operations
Since 2007 I've worked as a software engineer across fintech, a crypto exchange, and a translation platform, owning everything from domain design through backend, frontend, infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response. Today I build and operate KaizenLab, a PMF validation tool, while putting AI / Agents / MCP into real products to find where technical ambition and day-to-day operations actually meet.
Alongside KaizenLab I run BJJ Techniques, an app with active users in 42 countries over the past 90 days. I also take on client work. I have designed, built and operated six or more online sales platforms on a single SaaS product, and supported four companies as a technical advisor or external partner.

Full-cycle developer on a SaaS product in financial services. Domain design, backend, frontend, AWS infrastructure, monitoring with Datadog / Sentry / CloudWatch, and incident response. Led security requirements work and supported an offshore team through design and code review.
Consulting / Product Management
Development lead and product owner for an in-house project management tool. Designed and drove the agile process, and owned requirements through design, build, and release — including work whose approach led to a patent application.
Crypto Exchange / SRE
First-line incident response, Rails / MySQL / Redis performance tuning, AWS resource management, log retention and secure resource design, and CI/CD on CodeBuild. Incident handling and customer asset protection.
Translation Platform
Queue-based worker/dispatcher systems and payment APIs in Go. Frontend and middleware design for a single-page translation editor in TypeScript.

Web content for in-car navigation and a fleet management service for enterprises. Interface design and development between core systems, including data exchange specifications.
